I had an hour appointment with Alex for a haircut and styling. I received some valuable feedback on my hair but the cut and styling parts were lacking. Alex spent very little time with the haircut, and I had to book another appointment with a hairdresser in London to fix the work he did (the cut was not even). Also, the styling part did not work for my hair type at all. I left the salon for a lunch meeting in a fancy venue and my hair looked terrible after it had dried. A friend who picked me up at the salon commented that I should not go see this hairdresser again. I had to go back to my hotel to style my hair properly that same day. I expected more from this appointment given the reviews and the cost (145 euros).

Alex was absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to curly hair. Even though my French is limited, he made every effort to communicate clearly and was very receptive and patient throughout. Despite the language barrier, he truly understood my hair’s needs and offered insightful tips that genuinely surprised me. I left not only with a great haircut but also with valuable advice that will make a big difference in how I style and care for my curls.

C'est fou, Alex ne m'a coupé que quelques centimètres (je souhaitais conserver ma longueur), et ma coupe est complètement transformée ! J'ai des cheveux frisés, donc autant vous dire que trouver un bon coiffeur, c'est un vrai casse-tête. Je repars transformée, avec une multitude de conseils pour continuer à prendre soin de mes cheveux. C'est super, merci Alex !
